Beautiful, impeccably maintained property in a convenient and pleasant location. Everything was perfect. The staff without exception could not have been more helpful and welcoming including Cynthia who checked us in efficiently and was able to answer all of our questions. It’s not a holiday hotel, being in the centre of Sandton. We have stayed here many times and use it as a staging post. It’s a bit dated but the location is excellent with a shuttle bus to the nearby mall and/or train station.
