Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
BEEARE! This property is not what is advertised! The photos are fake, it is a 1 bedroom apartment, & it is located in a dangerous trash-strewn downtown area of Johannesburg. The owner gave us entry info at the very last minute & only after I contacted them, the directions were very confusing, & it became apparent the whole booking was a scam. I had to find other accommodations upon arrival. I reported this to Expedia & requested a full refund & told them they should remove this listing. The owner has refused to refund me even after admitting the advertisement for this apartment was incorrect. And while Expedia apologized to ke for the issue, I am receiving no refund! Shame on them all.
