We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location, recuperating from a 24 hour overnight flight and much appreciating the bird life. The food and service was very good and the bed very comfortable. Great view over the river from the restaurant platform and three very friendly dogs.

Kobie, the host, was extremely pleasant and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was neat and clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We loved the sound of the river flowing passed. We had to ask for mugs to make coffee in the mornings, and Kobie was happy to supply them. There was a microwave oven in our room, but one needed to supply your own dish liquid, washing up cloth and kitchen towel in order to wash dishes. This is not a train smash, but it makes your stay easier if you come prepared. There was a terrific storm one night, with good sized hail; fortunately we had a sturdy carport to protect our vehicle.
