The shower drains were blocked, causing water to pool. The host demanded a security deposit when arriving for check in. This would have been acceptable if it was listed on the booking or communicated prior to arrival, however it was not communicated yet the host demanded it, and was refusing access until they were paid directly. My understanding is that all transactions should take place via this platform.
