Was not impressed with this facility. I was going to cancel the second reservation I had after my first stay, but then had to keep it after I noticed it was non-refundable. I definitely won't be coming back. Pros: 1) in a nice area of Pretoria 2) gated parking area 3) swimming pool available Cons: 1) the smell of other guests smoking cigarettes or weed made it's way into my room a few times when I left my windows cracked to get fresh air 2) you can only choose between yogurt for breakfast OR eggs & bacon; I couldn't choose both, so I always ended up having to get more breakfast later. 3) the DSTV doesnt work in every room. (I stayed here twice, and it only worked in the second room I stayed in.) 4) one of the guest's German Shepherd X got aggressive and ran after one of the cleaning ladies, and she hurt herself trying to get away. 5) the shower doesn't have proper doors or curtains, so the bathroom floor ends up developing a pond when you shower. You'll have to leave your floor mat outside to dry in the sun after it soaks up the liter of water that accumulates on the floor after your shower. 6) the beds are very stiff and i woke up with a sore lower back every morning 7) i dont think they wash their decorative pillows 8) the cleaning staff would move my stuff around if I left for day. I understand the need to clean the surfaces, but it would be nice if they just put it back where they found it.
