Just a few steps from the Wagstätt gondola lift, it is the ideal base for winter sports and trips to the Kitzbühel ski area. The bright living area with a sofa bed is perfect for relaxing and opens onto a sunny balcony with stunning mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. Two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – ensure a restful night’s sleep. The elegant bathroom features a bath and shower, complemented by a separate toilet.

Ski lifts, mountain huts and hiking and forest trails await you right on your doorstep. The 3S cable car takes you to the Hahnenkamm slopes or to the higher-altitude Thurn Pass. On the ground floor is the ‘Schiladl’ sports shop, so you’ll be perfectly kitted out for your activities. Jochberg and nearby Kitzbühel beckon with cafés, restaurants, après-ski and a Tyrolean atmosphere.
