Sugestao seria ter servico de quarto quando se estender a estadia mais de dois dias, achei que o ar condicionado nao estava gelando tão bem... acho que pode melhorar! De resto estava tudo muito bom, tudo novo, geladeira, bebedor de agua, micro ondas, airfryer, cama, travesseiro, banheiro... tudo otimo!! Ah e a vista é linda

Minha experiência foi bastante negativa e não recomendo a hospedagem. O apartamento não corresponde às fotos do anúncio, que aliás é uma pegadinha. Os apartamentos são diferentes entre si e vc não sabe em qual vc estará, pois as fotos mostram apenas o apartamento quadruplo que tem vista pro mar. A limpeza estava muito ruim: havia lixo do hóspede anterior e até sabonete usado no box do banheiro. O quarto, o banheiro e as áreas internas estavam muito empoeirados, claramente sem a devida preparação para receber novos hóspedes. O vaso sanitário apresentava vazamento e a tampa fecha sozinha, o que demonstra falta de manutenção. Outro problema foi a falta de transparência sobre a garagem. Em nenhum momento foi informado que as vagas são rotativas, e por isso tive que deixar meu carro estacionado na rua. Apesar de o prédio ter boas instalações, o estado do apartamento e a falta de cuidado com limpeza e comunicação tornam a experiência decepcionante.

Um quarto desse nível deveria ter duchinha no banheiro. A acomodação para 4 pessoas só tinham 3 xícaras. O Wi-Fi não conectava. O restante foi tranquilo.

quarto novo, limpo e bom, porém nos 7 dias que permaneci nesse predio, 5 ficou sem energia, mas como o predio tem gerador, não tivemos muito problema, a não ser do barulho do gerador, que talvez não tenha uma proteção acustica. no primeiro quarto que fiquei, a internet era pessima, não conectava nada, a tv não conectava nem nos canais, depois mudamos de quarto e deu tudo certo. Ambos os apartamentos os proprietarios foram muito solicitos e tentaram corrigir os problemas o que estavam ao seu alcance

A localização é perfeita para os shows e para a praia. Porém a estrutura deixou mto a desejar: falta de água por 3 dias, estacionamento não atende a todos (ou seja, precisamos utilizar Uber para não ficar sem o estacionamento), fechadura ficou sem bateria e assim ficamos 3 horas p resolverem o problema, internet não funcionava, louça suja, fedor de comida de flat ao lado.
