A hospedagem é muito bem localizada e o condomínio é bem organizado. No meu ponto de vista falta conforto, como melhor cama e sofá. Algumas paredes estavam sujas e o banheiro col vazamento no box e na pia.

Pontos precisam melhorar

A piscina não é aberta no domingo para manutenção. Depois que você faz o check/in não reembolsável, vem um e-mail falando que não pode receber visitas, o que não está na descrição inicial. A TV da sala não conectava, mandei mensagem e falaram que iam resolver com a equipe técnica, mas ninguém resolveu. Só tem limpeza a partir do quarto dia de hospedagem, como fiquei três, o pano de chão do banheiro ficou encharcado. Fora isso, a localização é boa e apartamento estava em boas condições

Pontos negativos: sujeiras nas paredes, check in, muitas orientações NÃO constavam no momento da reserva, exigiram documentos muito antes da viagem; TOALHAS, ROUPAS DE CAMA e limpeza só feitas UMA VEZ. Pontos positivos: espaço do quarto; localização; prédio moderno, utensílios domésticos no quarto.

Adoramos e indicamos

A localização foi sem dúvidas um diferencial, do lado de um supermercado, próximo de farmácia, restaurantes, a 3 quadras da praia, perto de TUDO. O prédio é excelente, o apartamento também. Coisas que deixaram a desejar: a cama, poderiam providenciar um colchão melhor, é um pouco desconfortável e antigo. E providenciar uma manutenção no ar-condicionado, ele não gela bem. Mesmo com essas melhorias a se fazer, voltaríamos sem dúvidas e indico para quem quiser se hospedar. Adoramos!
