Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Mas a limpeza do quarto era HORRÍVEL. Fiquei 15 dias no hotel, nesse período, o banheiro NUNCA foi lavado. Apenas trocavam as toalhas, arruma a cama e só. NÃO LAVAVA O BANHEIRO E NEM VARRIA O CHÃO. Como tinha obra ao lado do hotel, era muita poeira, não passava pano no chão e muito menos varria. E sempre ficava fios de cabelos grandes pelo chão. Além de não limpar, trazia fio de cabelo para o quarto.

Quartos do terrio com muito barrulho dos equipamentos de ar condicionados. Perdi uma noite de sono. Toalhas de banho velhas,sabonetes com cheiro de soda.Pernelongos por causa da água acumulada dos condensadores de ar do lado de fora. Piscina deixou a dever. O café da manhã e agradavel como os funcionários em geral. Precisa de pintura urgente o predio.

Banheiro com paredes sujas, vaso na era limpo na manutenção do quarto, roupas de cama não era trocadas na manutenção do quarto, o horário para pegar toalhas restrito, de 07:00 às 08:00 passou desse horário não pega. obras iniciando cedo às 07:00 porém o informe era para início às 10:00 Estacionamento interno cobra diária de estacionamento, sendo que não está exposto nas especificações de início.

Eu acho que o hotel está em reforma. Mas a sensação que tive foi de abandonado. A academia dava até medo de ficar lá. A piscina não tinha chuveiro antes de entrar e acho que fizeram sexo nela, pois tinhas coisas suspeitas quando fui entrar. Você pede a chave do quarto sem sequer conferir que você é você mesmo. Isso me deixou com medo de entrarem no meu quarto. A localização é boa e os atendentes são Ok, nada excepcional.
