No momento da reserva não estava claro que era flat e sem café. O local não tinha fogão e nem armários. Precisei reservar mais um dia e diretamente na recepção o valor foi muito mais barato.

Hospedagem frustrada

Foi horrível minha estadia. Quando chegamos no hotel, descobrimos que todo o suporte necessário teria que ser com o dono Flat. Daí começou nossa decepção: Ele não nos deu suporte, não respondia nossas mensagens que mandamos pelo ZAp e até mesmo com o acionamentos que nós reportava a recepção. Diante disso, nosso flat ficou a hospedagem sem nenhuma limpeza, sem troca de toalhas de piso, banho, sem troca de lençóis. O proprietário do flat ainda colocou um fogão por indução sem o adaptador e sem as panelas apropriadas. Pq então coloca fogão? Em razão disso passamos um perengue para darmos o café da manhã do meu filho de 4 anos que possui seletividade alimentar e tem o espectro autista. Teve poucas louças para a quantidade de hóspedes; sem suporte no banheiro para pendurar toalha de rosto, shampoo, condicionador, sabonete . Papel higiênico de péssima qualidade. Entregou os kits Shampoo, sabonete, etc com atraso e sem identificação. Atrasou na media de 40 minutos para que pudéssemos entrar no flat, sendo que o check in estava para às 15h. No momento do Checkout perguntei se tinha um canal de sugestão, reclamação no hotel e informaram que não tinha, como hotel quer melhorarias se não tem canal para atendimento ao cliente? Enfim, nossa experiência foi péssima neste hotel.

E bem legal, só falta umas coisinhas simples, como local para colocar sabonete e shampoo, uma mesa de cabeceira próximo a cama de casal, uma tomada próximo as camas também. Não tem fogão, só microondas

O local e a localização eram ótimos! O anúncio informava que havia cooktop, mas quando chegamos ao local não estava disponível para uso. Entrei em contato com o proprietário e ele disse que, embora houvesse, eles não disponibilizavam. Fiquei extremamente chateada porque foi um dos motivos que me levaram a escolher a acomodação. O anúncio também informava que havia uma cama queen e um sofa cama de casal, porém o sofá cama era de solteiro. Ficou apertado para dormir dois adultos, um adolescente e uma criança de sete anos!

Bom custo benefício e localização perfeita

O hotel é super bem localizado!! A melhor localização da cidade….da pra fazer várias coisas a pé!! O quarto é lindo e bem espaçoso mas quando chegamos tinha muita areia no chão, não estava bem limpo e na cama não tem lençóis de elástico, apenas colocam um cobre leito por cima do colchão, que fica saindo quando a pessoa se meche então você acaba acordando dormindo no próprio colchão.

Muito boa estada

O apartamento é impecável. Localização incrível na orla do Cabo Branco. A única ressalva é que so havia 1 lençol. Falei no telefone com o anfitrião que ficou de entregar mais um lençol, mas nao o fez. Contudo, a estadia foi muito boa.
