Instalações decadentes, mobiliario deteriorado, localização ruim, local ermo, no final do Cabo Branco. Cheguei no hotel e descobri tratar-se de um predio misto com moradores e hospedes. A cozinha só funciona para o cafe da manha que é sofrível. Inicialmente me deram um quarto cuja porta não abria. Tive que descer duas vezes carregando minha bagagem para reclamar. Por fim descobri que a porta era empenada e precisava ser forcada para abrir. O quarto era um lixo. Moveis quebrados, mofo no banheiro, completamente diferente das fotos que constam no site da Hoteis.com. Passei a pior noite da minha vida e não tinha com quem reclamar apenas um porteiro. Ao amanhecer tentei encerrar minha reserva mas a gerente so chegava depois das 08h. Como estava em viagem de trabalho no centro de João Pessoa não tinha como aguardar a chegada da tal gerente. Me ofereceram uma mudança de quarto e eu acabei aceitando porque não tinha tempo de retornar ao hotel para resolver o impasse. Lugar sofrível. Não recomendo!

Péssimo atendimento no café

Foi horrível a parte do café da manhã, péssimo café da manhã. sofremos um constrangimento por parte da responsável pelo café onde tomei café com minha esposa e em seguida fui buscar minha filha e minha esposa pegou outro café com croassan e a mesma disse que não podia tomar café duas vezes, detalhes, em voz alta. Não recomendo devido ao café da manhã....só tem salsicha e ovo,café de pousada.
