A limpeza é PÉSSIMA! Dei 1 estrela pq não conseguia dar nenhuma. Caiu um papel no chão do banheiro na minha primeira noite, de 5 que fiquei, e o papel continuou no chão até o meu checkout. Isso que no terceiro dia, pedi que fosse realmente limpo pois estavam só arrumando a cama e trocando toalha. A pia do banheiro também estava entupida. Sem contar que fiquei 5 noites e também não trocaram o lençol nenhum dos dias. Não recomendo!

A estadia foi boa. O hotel é bel localizado, o quarto possui uma boa dimensão e as roupas de cama são confortáveis. O café da manhã é sortido e de qualidade. O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do apartamento que em quatro dias de hospedagem não foi realizada nenhum dia. Um porque nós não solicitamos e dois porque a camareira chegou após as 16 horas (apesar de termos colocado a placa solicitando a limpeza e arrumação).

Incrível em relação ao atendimento, principalmente o rapaz que estava sábado á noite um branquinho, a limpeza excelente, porém eu sugiro dá uma olhada no colchão do quarto 210, pois estava com bichinhos e incomodou a noite toda, coçando muito.
