There is no Room Service. No one to ask for new towels. The bathroom dirty, mold and abandoned. The place is on a great location and the owner is helping need to clean and update the property.

The amenities stated in the listing were incorrect. There was no smart TV, there was no Microwave and a huge lack of communication. We speak English and Portuguese and the primary contact will not answer you. It is definitely much better to avoid this place, ESPECIALLY if you don’t speak Portuguese. The parking situation alone will make you ever regret not reading this and listening. The staff is amazing and the proximity to the beach is hard to beat. Good luck if you already booked!

Room is old and outdated. Air conditioning is very loud. Kitchen has roaches and ants. At time of booking, never told us we needed a room door code to get in. Front desk doesn’t have the door codes because flats are individually owned. Pull out sofa bed is horrible! Stayed 4 days, never received clean linen or towels or toilet paper

O quarto estava limpo, a equipe de funcionários solicita, a cozinha é um pouco apertada, mas, com jeito, dá pra se virar. O frigobar deixa a desejar, precisa trocar por um mais novo. Pano de prato só tem um e já está bastante usado. A pá para pegar o lixo é daquelas pequenas, onde temos que nos abaixar. A sanduicheira também precisa ser trocada, pois já está pregando os sanduíches que nela se coloca. No banheiro, precisa consertar o registro de abrir do lado da água fria. A piscina de adultos é muito boa, juntamente com a de crianças. A localização do flat é excelente, ficamos justamente onde se tem as brincadeiras para as crianças, com aluguéis de tudo quanto é brinquedos e ônibus da alegria. Dá para ir a pé para Tambaú pela orla. Mercado para compra de alimentos e bebidas fica bem próximo e é aberto 24h, maravilha. No todo, gostamos bastante do passeio.

Vista da praia obstruída por eventos, muito barulho nessa parte da praia, sendo impossivel acordar depois das 5 h da manhã . O predio e apto sao bons, funcionais, localização muito boa é perto de muitos restaurantes, bares, farmácias. A unica coisa negativa é o barulho da rua mesmo, não dá para dormir ouvindo o mar. E a vista que nao tem.

Apartamento relativamente grande, porem o ar condicionado é barulhento, o som da tv é com aparente caixa de som de saida com defeito e o torna ruim de assistir, cheiro forte dentro da unidade. Bem localizado, mas, mal conservado

Começamos com enxoval (lençóis principalmente) velho e manchado, com aparência de sujo, mas, ao reclamar com a anfitriã, lençóis e toalhas foram substituídos por novos. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar no início e melhorou um pouco após a reclamação. Cama e sofá são duros e passam a impressão de serem velhos, deixando a desejar no conforto. Sobre o apartamento em geral, tem um bom espaço se comparado a outros na região, mas, armários estão mal conservados e com funcionamento ruim. Pia da cozinha estava entupida e havia lâmpadas queimadas. A geladeira é muito pequena e está sem prateleiras dentro dela, servindo apenas para gelar uma água e pequenos itens. A localização, entretanto, é muito boa. O apartamento fica de frente para a praia e tem uma boa sacada. Apesar disto, vale observar que ele fica em frente ao local onde acontecem todos os eventos e shows da cidade e, portanto, para quem quer silêncio, este não é o lugar adequado. No geral, faltou atenção e capricho na conservação e preparação do apartamento para os hospedes. Isto faria toda a diferença.

Eu gostei , tem tudo que vc precisa , parece uma moradia . Da sim pra se sentir avontade Só faltou produtos igienicos no banheiro para fazermos uso, apos usar o sanitário A sala aconchegante, a vista linda, quarto bem repartido pra um bom descanso . Ar condicionado completo por toda parte muito bom E a cozinha tem de tudo , microondas,liquidificador,cafeteira,sanduicheira,e um fogão elétrico pequenino,pratos ,copos , talheres e panelas . De tudo um pouco .😀👏
