The service and location area wonderful. Three points I already told the front desk were the doors to the balconies that don't lock, the gym center needs to be upgraded, and one of the swimming pool's drain doesn't have a protective screen.

Dirty markings on bed linen and pillow cases

The hotel was overall very good in appearance , with good amenities, but I gave it low ( lower ) marks because the bed linen and pillow cases had dirty markings on them in many places

Quarto q fiquei estava com vaso entupido e a Equipe de funcionários nos trocou de quarto na mesma hora, excelentes no atendimento, cafe da manhã bom , poderia ser melhor. Vista excelente da praia . Cama do primeiro quarto com colchão muito macio e travesseiros um pouco duros , no primeiro dia fiquei com torcicolo . Depois q mudei de quarto melhorou. No mais nossa estadia foi boa. Férias casal.

Negativo: Roupa de cama e toalhas velhas e "encardidas". Tem colocar o aviso de não perturbe na porta, pois a camareira bateu na porta antes das 9hs para verificar se vai querer arrumação do quarto. Faltou lista de preços e consumo do frigobar (foi repassado na portaria e não resolvido). Um dos elevadores não estava marcando adequadamente a posição no andar . Alguns veículos estacionados na portaria do hotel, dificultando o embarque e desembarque dos passageiros. Positivo: Check in e chek out, internet disponível, chuveiro e café da manhã.

Quarto ótimo e espaçoso, tem fogão mas não tem utensílios nenhum, então não adianta ter fogão. A cama são duas de solteiro com pillow top queen, o que ficou desconfortável . Café é fraco , pães e bolos não frescos, deixou a desejar pelo preço que foi pago tem opções bem melhores.
