I had a great stay at Laguna Praia. For me, during the hotter months, a good AC and good shower really help the experience. Laguna had both. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and laundry service (extra fee) were extra nice. Two things to consider - bed is on the firmer side (I slept fine) and you’re steps away from beach walk so there can be some people noise at night (which was fine for me). Overall, wonderful stay in JP at Laguna.

The hotel is nice and well located. The main feature, the reason why I booked it, and in fact the picture on my reservation is the rooftop pool that was closed for maintenance. I would not have stayed there if I knew about. Staff was no helpful and just told me Expedia knew about the maintenance. Overall, staff (excluding the nice people working at the restaurant) was a major problem. I was barely greated cordially, I was not acknowledge as gold member or offered any perks for being one. I was neither offer any compensation for the pool closure. Quite frankly, I do not see the point of being a good member.

O hotel muito bem localizado, limpo e os funcionários atenciosos. Unico ponto é que não teve desconto de 50% em passeios como fala na reserva. Inclusive o recepcionista do checkin ofertou (até insistente e sendo meio constrangedor o episódio) um passeio de catamarã por 120,00 que descobriu-se custar 80,00 e o pior que na manhã seguinte que seria o tal passeio o dia amanheceu chuvoso e fechado!!!! Preocupação ZERO em verificar como seria a previsão do tempo para oferecer um tipo específico de passeio ...
