Ao chegar já me deparei com a caixa de descarga do vaso sanitário vazia. Mas consegui resolver sozinho o defeito no mecanismo. Fique dois dias no Hotel, porém não pude utilizar a piscina. No primeiro dia a água estava visivelmente turva. No segundo dia, quando imaginei utilizar a piscina, tinham colocado produtos químicos na água em horário justamente quando os hóspedes querem utilizar. no meio da manhã. Além de que há um aplaca da área da piscina onde diz que o horário de uso da mesma é até 17 horas. Ora, o horário que o hotel estipula para o uso da piscina é inconcebível para um lugar quente como João Pessoa e onde as pessoas vão para se banhar! No dia da saída, ao chegar para tomar o café da manhã, não havia omelete na respectiva cuba. Alertamos a funcionária que estava no local, sendo que a mesma falou que já estava chegando. Eu e outros hospedes esperamos mais de vinte minutos até a chegada da reposição. Além de recepiente de suco vazio. O serviço de gerenciamento do hotel tem que melhorar bastante. O ponto alto do Hotel é sua localização.
