非常糟糕的民宿業者與Hotels.com 客服服務

老闆不懂我們的訂單，態度惡劣，一直不讓我們進去，只因為他看不懂也沒注意到他有收到的平台通知信件。 打電話給hotel.com的客服也很奇怪，講話非常沒有禮貌且處理時間超過30分鐘，我非常不喜歡此次的體驗。
