Just staying there for getting some sleep. It's so embarrassed that I could evaluate the staying. Anyway, the hotel is located in a cluster of commercial areas, such as shopping mall, etc. If I had much time, I was much better to enjoy something. The facility is so good, excellent.

Small nice room but moldy ac

The ceiling ac had mold or black dust build up. My throat hurt the first night so left the windows open for some air. Location wise nice for short walks and local eatery places.

Very nice room but not eco-friendly

It was a very nice room - comfortable bed, nice view. My only complaint was that there was so much heat coming from the ondol floors that I was woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The front desk said to turn the AC on. It's really wasteful to have the heat and AC on to control the temperature, especially in late November.

안타까운 마음에 후기 남깁니다. 일단 객실구조가 비효율적입니다. 조금 답답한 느낌이 들고요. 조명도 환하지가 않아서 어두컴컴해요. 창가에 먼지도 엄청 많고요. 바닥이 끈적해서 정기적으로 스팀청소기로 바닥관리해주시면 좋을 것 같아요. 그리고 욕실 샤워실에 곰팡이가 피어 있었는데 홈스타 곰팡이싹 으로 제거하시면 조씁니다. 그리고 샤워실 해바라기 수전이 없는 채로 있어서 이건 객실팀에 요청해서 설치 후 사용이 가능했고요. 냉장고에 성에가 가득 끼어서 냉장고가 제기능을 못해서 결국 성에를 다 녹이니 제대로 작동하더라고요. 주기적으로 성에 관리를 해주시기 바랍니다. 위치는 좋았고 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 주차장에서 나가는 출구가 너무 좁아서 입구쪽으로 나갔는데 차가 오고 갈 때 경고음 나오거나 반사경이 있음 좋을 것 같아요. 아무튼 진주혁신을 대표하는 호텔이고 외국인들도 오시던데 청소를 조금만 더 신경쓰시면 우리나라 이미지에 좋을 것 같습니다. 마지막으로 화장실 변기의 수압이 너무 약해서 물을 여러번 내려서 확인해야 했어요. 변기수압이 좀 더 세면 좋을 것 같습니다. 수고하세요.

주차가 협소합니다. 다만 맞은편 건물에 추가 주차가 가능한 것 같습니다. 복도 냄새가 너무 별로입니다. 에어컨이 파워냉방은 없고 켜두면 20분내로 시원해지기는 합니다. 이부분 체크인시 사전고지 하더라구요. 여느 호텔처럼 조명이 어둡고.. 샤워부스 곰팡이는 어쩔 수 없는건지 ㅠ 아쉽습니다. 온돌방이었는데 구비되어 있는 탁자가 좌식으로 쓰기에는 너무 높더라구요? 앉아서 가슴높이;; 이부분 체크가 필요할 것 같습니다.
