The hotel is fairly nice, modern, just a bit dated. Rooms are kept well. Just sound proofing is not that great. You get free Korean style spa ticket which we enjoyed. Free morning breakfast is okay (I'm a Marriott member and it's somewhat comparable to that).

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room seemed to be new and the view was nice. We had complementary water in our room. Unfortunately, it was very dirty. We have found trash from the people who lived there before and asked the staff to clean it. It has been removed but not cleaned. It was OK but not very komfortable.

I booked the ONDOL type room for four people, but there were only three bedding sets, and the futon size was too thin for the hard floor, so I could not sleep well. We were told we would have to pay extra for another person, so the options were not good.

가장 이해 안되는 호텔. 첫인상은 좋았습니다. 안락하고 깔끔한 디자인. 근데 추워죽겠는데 에어컨이 풀파워에서 안꺼져요. 에어컨 켠적도 없는데 말이에요. 에어컨 전원버튼 수십번 눌러봐도 작동도 안하고 얼어죽겠어서 프론트 부르려고 다급하게 내선전화로 0번, 1번 다눌러봤는데 다 아니라서 스트레스를 가득 안고 제폰으로 호텔 대표전화로 걸려다 혹시 몰라 카드키 껍데기보니까 프론트 내선번호가 0022네요? 장난합니까 어느호텔 프론트 번호가 그렇게 어렵습니까 사실상 프론트 일하기싫고 전화받기 싫은거지요. 전화하니까 에어컨은 중앙에서 꺼주겠답니다. 미쳤냐고 말하고싶은걸 꾹참고 따지니까 아주 복잡한방법을 알려줘서 겨우 껐습니다. 쌓인 여독이 그때부터 폭발하며 몸살이 시작되었습니다. 다음날 아파죽겠는 몸을 이끌고 조식먹으러나갔습니다. 엘베보니까 뷔페가 3,4층이라 되어있어서 그리로갔는데 여긴 연회장뷔페고 조식뷔페는 6층이랍니다. 또 어처구니가없는데 엔베는 기다려도 오질않아 계단으로 6층으로갔는데 아~~~무것도 없어서 서성이다 저기서 오는 직원한명 붙들고 물어보니 옆에 아무것도, 진짜 아~~무것도 안적힌 문을 가리키더군요 그게 조식뷔페공간이었습니다. 조식뷔페가 무슨 호그와트급행열차 타는곳입니까? 꽁꽁 숨겨놓게? 아침부터 뭐하자는건지. 여기가 조식뷔페먹는곳입니다 이 열 자 써붙이는것도 이 호텔에는 힘든 일이구나 싶었네요. 엘리베이터에 내가 네임펜들고 적어줄까 싶었습니다 뷔페에 커피 버튼도 먹통이라 짜증 제대로나서 직원부르니 커피잔을 조금 앞으로 움직여야 나온다나? 진짜 2mm 앞으로 움직이니 나오더군요. 뭐가 하나도 한번에 되는게 없는 호텔. 프론트에 뭐 문의하러갔을때 직원은 열심히 뭐 먹다가 급히 절 응대했고요. 그런호텔은 또 처음이네요 아침부터 호텔입구는 중앙회전문은 막아놓고 옆문은 뭐가 문인지 표시도안해놔서 내가 "이건가?"하고 밀고 들어왔고.. 호텔을 여러번 이용해본사람은 안헤매는데 첫 이용자는 엄청 헤맬수밖에 없는 호텔. 지배인 눈에는 그런게 정말 하나도 안보이는지.종이쪼가리 하나 써붙여 안내하는게 그리 힘든지. 객실은 먼지가 쌓인게 눈에 그대로보이고 하루자고일어났더니 콧속에 먼지한가득. 열심히 코파느라, 팽하고 풀고 하느라, 정신없었네요. 전체적으로 관리하나도 안되는호텔. 자기들도, 내 짜증난 얼굴 보고 기분안좋은지 체크아웃때 한마디 인사도 없는건 덤.

새벽 5시부터 굉음이 한시간넘게 들려서 직원에게 말했는데 무슨소리인지 모르겠다고 했고 잠 다깼음. 무슨 동력기 고장난소리같이 정말 커다란 굉음이 그렇게 오래들렸는데 직원이 몰랐다는게..관리가 안된다는얘기. 식권은 2인이 트원베드룸에 묵었는데 1개만 줬음. 다른한명은 추가구매하라함 방값이 비싸지않아서 넘어갔지만 좀 웃겼음
