Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room attendants were very poor. They were nothing like what was shown in the photos. There were black spots on the wall s and water leaked onto the floor. The customer service manager's attitude was bad when receiving the complaint. There were cigarette burn marks on the bedding.
