With a combination of a four bedroom main residence and a fully self-contained one bedroom flat, the property comfortably accommodates 16 to 18 guests while maintaining strong separation and flexibility across multiple living spaces.

The main residence features a welcoming entry leading into a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for shared group stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample storage, while the dining and lounge areas provide a comfortable social hub. Parking is available for up to five vehicles, making it suitable for larger group arrivals.
