The Space:

5-Acre Retreat Jimboomba (Double) by Tiny Away is located in Logan, Jimboomba, QLD, at the back of the property in a shady spot near the ponds, with easy car access. This pet-friendly farm stay is just a short drive from local attractions, including Orion Springfield Central, Mount Tamborine Lookout, Spring Mountain Forest Park, and Mountain View Alpaca Farm, all within around 30–40 minutes.



A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible double bed couch on the ground floor. with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"5 Acre Retreat," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, with the option to arrive directly by helicopter using the private helipad on the property.



NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS‼️ This is a self-catering accommodation, so please bring your own food, water, and essentials. Farm animals roam freely around the property, and guests may encounter them during their stay. Please message your host 24 hours in advance if you plan to visit.



Preorders available with 24 hrs notice include:



- Free Ice bucket with prior notice

- Soft drinks or water are available at $2 each



Indoor and Ourdoor activities:



- Free Board Games and card games are provided for entertainment.

- No Horses At The Moment, though this may change in the coming months.

- Musical instruments are accessible such as piano, guitar, drums, saxophone, bamboo flute, and didgeridoos found at the main house for you to play.

Nature lovers can also enjoy a peaceful stroll through Spring Mountain Forest Park, home to beautiful native forests and walking trails.



When it's time to shop, dine, or unwind, everything you need is within easy reach. Head into Jimboomba Township for everyday conveniences, or spend an afternoon exploring Orion Springfield Central. For dining, savour gourmet cuisine at the charming Jimboomba House Restaurant, or relax at Perks Cafe Jimboomba, a local favourite known for its hearty brunches, delicious desserts, and welcoming atmosphere.



For a fun farm experience, head to the Mountain View Alpaca Farm, where you can feed and care for alpacas.



Getting Around:

By car:



- We recommend that guests travel by private vehicle; easy access by car to Brisbane City, Brisbane Airport, and Brisbane Ports (45-65 minutes drive)



By public transport:



- Tram from Park Ridge to Brisbane City

- Bus service very close from Millstream Rd.



By helicopter:



- Guests can now arrive directly via helicopter, using the helipad on the property.



Other Things to Note:

- Wifi available

- No loud music

- Free portable water

- BBQ facilities and fire pit at night

- No TV or internet available at the property

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking allowed; except in designated areas

- We would like to advise guests that our horses are not for riding

- PLEASE READ: Please keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
