Smoking is not banned in Jilin unfortunately, so you can smell cigarettes smoke in the room.

Excellence Customer Service

The first visit in the hotel , a nice bell man Li Hai Long came to help me and introduced me all their facilities including restaurants and places around town. He is very warm and helpful to book me a return taxi services to airport. The way from the airport to hotel was a bit far, and train is definitely not the top choice, there's no elevator for luggage to move down the stairs. my first encounter of robot food delivery is in this hotel. It was pretty awesome!!! it was a surprised for me to expect robot service in a third tire city in China. Overall it was better than my expectation, definitely 5 star hotel !!!!

Nice hotel in Jilin with great restaurant.

Hotel has a beautiful lobby. However, there middle lounging area is raised by about size inches and was hazardous if you do not pay full attention to where you are walking. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. We had problem of not getting hot water that evening. But they quickly called 'engineering' to fix it. It took about 20 minutes and I finally got the hot water for my shower. The best part of our stay was the great dinner and lunch at their restaurant.

윌드 호텔 쭉 흥해랏 ~

큰 기대를 하지 않고 갔던 저였는데 호텔입구부터 직원분들 서비스까지 넘넘 고마웠어요~ 특히나 朱秀荣이라는 직원분은 제가 짐이 많다는걸 보고 쇼핑백을 두고 가주셔서 넘 감동했다 사소한거 까지 챙겨주시는 이직원분 넘 감사합니다~ 담에도 여기 꼭 이용할거예요~ 엄마도 넘넘 만족 했다고 하네요 ㅋ ㅋ
