There is an opportunity to barbecue and enjoy the evening sun on the other terrace, so that the evenings outside can be long and cizy and the children can play freely in the large garden with trampoline.

There is a fiber network, wood-burning stove and only 600m to the water, which is very child-friendly, with shallow water far out.



The holiday home:

Super cozy wooden holiday home with a real Danisch holiday home atmosphere. New kitchen, with dining area for 6 people. From the kitchen there is an open connection to the living room, which has access to both terraces. The living room has a large window that faces the large terrace and overlooks the large garden and the lake. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room, which can quickly heat up the whole house in the cold weather. You can use the house all year round. There is a small room with a bunk-pull-out bed and sleeping space for 4 people and an annex with a double bed. A total of space for 5 people.

The bathroom has a charming toilet with shower.

There is a large television opposite the sofa and fiber network with 1000/1000 mbit, (per 1/1-23) so you can easily stream on your own devises and therefore you can also use the house in connection with work.



Outdoor:

The garden adjoins three other plots, which divide the lake in the middle. There is both a gas grill and a charcoal grill. It's about 600m to a lovely child-friendly and dog-friendly beach, where the water is shallow far out.



Other things worth noting:

The electricity will be settled when the meter is read and costs DKK 5. per KWh. There will be no settlement for additional consumption.



The wood stove provides incredibly pleasant warmth throughout the house. Each guest is allowed to take wood equivalent to one basket, or wood can be purchased at Brugsen in Kulhuse, the nearest supermarket.
