On the main level, the living and sleeping area is furnished with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and a kitchen corner, and opens directly onto a balcony. The first bedroom contains 1 single bed and 1 double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower, bidet, and WC. The kitchen is an open-plan design fitted with a dishwasher, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
