Very happy with this lovely little place. Very clean and the staff are super helpful. Sharon the cleaner went above and beyond and helped us out when our car broke down. The room was fine and large at the property. The check-in process is inefficient and especially frustrating after a long drive. There were no staff at the motel during our entire stay. We had 3 phonThere was no welcome arrival or departure, which one usually enjoys with a small family business. The codes could be sent on the day of arrival like most other self check-in properties. We were advised there would be a $20 late fee if we arrived late. This could be avoided. The instructions could also be emailed if it was deemed too difficult for guests with photos.

It’s a good budget accomodation with a great location close to all the main attractions in Shoalhaven region. The check-in process is really cumbersome and it’s all remote check-in. The rooms felt a bit smelly too. There’s not much amenities within this motel. Chose this once it you’re in a tight budget and is looking for a good location nearby Jervis Bay.

We loved the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was good, easy 10-15 min drive to Hyams and Huskisson and 30 min into Nowra. We walked the trail by the bay in the morning and enjoyed spotting kangaroos in the area in the evening. We traveled with our dog and paid extra for this which is understandable as the room had carpet.
