Breakfast was delicious in their beautiful front room. Tea and sweets and soup available in the lobby at night. Great location easily walkable to Old city, Ben Yehuda and the light rail. Nice staff especially Elie made it a super experience

Service was great, but the condition of our room was poor and in need of upgrades and maintenance. Loose plumbing fixtures, caulking, polishing and general upgrades such as tear in backboard and missing carpet at entrance to room. Rust at edges of shower, glass leaked and toilet seat needs replacement.

The property did not look like the pictures. It was dark and musty and hard to find the front door. When we told the front desk we were not happy, we were told we could leave but would owe one night’s stay. We said fine and booked another hotel. On our way out the door, the man said ‘ my Mistake- you have to pay for the whole stay’. This is not ok. We are hoping Expedia will help resolve this. Thus far, there has been no response. This is also unexceptionable. We won’t hurry to use Expedia.

I stayed in this hotel on 3 separate occasions during my 3 week visit to Israel. One night wach time. Beautiful hotel. Great location. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. Pro tip: the falafel place next door is awesome.

Great central location Tasteful interior Spa is not functioning, but it was not mentioned on the hotel’s site Bed was comfortable, but the room is small and has no place for suitcases We got one bottle of shampoo and needed to ask for one more on the third day of our stay, the maid never completed the stock No hair dryer in the room Last night the AC stopped and we were provided with electrical heater, witch was good enough The breakfast was good and very well served Definitely would stay again in the future

The room felt very unclean. The curtains etc. were very dusty. The hallways of this hotel are painted black giving it a sinister look. Everything felt very old and dirty. There was no full-length mirror in the room. I felt really sad and depressed every time I stepped inside the room. I have gotten better deals on hotels for the same money. The view outside my window was also bad with the next-door building being completely under construction. There is no woman on the staff which made me feel slightly uncomfortable at nights as a single woman traveler. On a side not, Jeff was really nice and a great staff person.
