On the bright side, the location is fantastic and the neighborhood is safe and walkable with great cafes. There seemed to be no one working on premise; check-in and communication was over text. That said, the staff (Eden) provided very helpful, quick answers to all our questions. But the hotel itself was very run down and our room felt unclean. The listing said parking was available, but we were unable to find non-permit parking in the neighborhood and parked in a garage a half mile away. This was simply not what we expected for $250 a night.

Breakfast was ok . Room wasn’t as expected. Hotel need some work especially changing curtains ,cleaning wood floor and updating bathroom. Sheets didn’t feel that they were replaced .

The breakfast was very disappointing dried fried eggs that would not pass health inspections in a bowl covered with paper. Instant coffee.. Day old sry bread. No one at reception and made reservation with hotel staff only to find out was not staff even though i spoke on phone. Hotel shabby curtains in room moldy

The location is fantastic. However, the first room I was given was dingy, dirty with stained curtains. They gave me another room that was much nicer with window onto a garden, but I did notice a musty odor. After 5 days I developed a cough that perhaps is related to mold, and I had to leave. It is quite affordable but I would not recommend it to an American tourist. Also, the breakfast was just adequate- eggs were cooked early and kept reheated for the hours breakfast was served. The salads were over salted and the watermellon wilted. There was no fresh coffee, just instant and a minimal tea assortment.

Small property in excellent location that is a real bargain. Facility is clean, simple andhas all basic necessities. Breakfast is also nice with selection somewhat smaller than usual at larger Israeli hotels.Staff is very nice and helpful but desk not manned a good part of the day and none at night.

You need to overlook a few things. My toilet wasn’t attached to the floor. If I moved it rocked back and forth. For Shabbat you can bring your own food and just sit at one of the tables set up in the dining room where they also provide candles for Shabbat and tea and coffee with milk in the fridge,etc. and urns. Water dispenser, cups. It’s just a sweet simple place and very reasonably priced.

Reasonably priced hotel in very good position

Fantastic position close to all services. Very good sized room. Nice wardrobe with lots of hanging and shelf space Tasty filling breakfast. Friendly helpful staff
