Having the wine in our room, a punch check in and not arriving four hours later. Better parking options… Paying 120 shekels a night is ridiculous… And we have very loud partier in our room next door keeping me and my mother up late after calling the front desk four-five times.

Beautiful hotel. Nice lobby. Check in didn’t go well- we came to property at 10:30 am to put our name on a list for early check in and leave our bags. Ultimately, we couldn’t access our room until after the 3 pm check in time which had us running late for a commitment. The TV in the room don’t work unless you use your phone to screencast. They came and tried to fix it, but this was all we could work. Not a big deal when you’re at a hotel surrounded by loads of things to do, but inconvenient if you want to watch TV! Overall a few hiccups, but would give it another shot

The staff was very nice although some only spoke a little English. My only surprise was that they gave us 3free small bottles of water and beyond that they charge 12shekels a bottle. I complained and they have given us 2more bottles. Room service is a bit slow
