The room was great and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the construction that was going on next door by the service room. It somewhat kept me up, but was tolerable. And the breakfast buffet at $15, no thanks. Overall, it was a nice hotel for the weekend.

Staff was very understanding. My dad uses a walker so needed an accessibility room. Only thing is that in the first room there were no grab bars by the toilet. Then in the second room, the bed was too high. So finally, the third room was just right. (Like Goldilocks, lol!)

Our flight was cancelled and we booked a last minute stay. We selected this hotel as they had a free airport shuttle from EWR and this hotel half way to Manhattan where we spent the following day. They stored our luggage and we took the shuttle back to the airport which saved on Uber costs. The room was clean and spacious. Great stay!

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The housekeeping never came to clean my room, even though I had the “Make Up Room” tag on the door. When I returned, the room was still dirty, and the ironing table was broken. It’s also very difficult to get an extra towel, even after requesting multiple times. The front desk was pretty rude. For the price, I expected much better service and maintenance.

Door to the parking garage can be pushed open meaning anyone can get it. The front desk staff were completely unhelpful and uninformed. The rooms were not cleaned despite putting the little door sign on TWO DAYS in a row. I recommend staying anywhere else, literally a motel would have had better service.
