From arrival to check out the W staff were helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed all the W had to offer. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and was located along the Hudson River. A great place to go for a walk and enjoy the views of NYC. This was a return visit and we will be back.
