Experience modern living in our professionally designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, about 20–25 minutes from Manhattan by bus. With a dedicated office and a TV in every bedroom, it is ideal for families, groups, and remote workers who want space and comfort.

THE SPACE
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (the primary suite has a private bathroom with a one-person jetted bathtub) comfortably sleep up to 9 guests. Central AC and heating, hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings, and open living and dining areas give everyone room to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dining table for six and a quartz island with seating.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed (private bathroom with a one-person jetted bathtub)
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 Full bed + 1 Twin bed
- Living room: 1 Queen sofa bed

GETTING TO NEW YORK
The bus stop is a 4-minute walk and gets you to Manhattan (Port Authority) in about 20–25 minutes. MetLife Stadium and American Dream are about 10–15 minutes away by car, and Newark Airport (EWR) is roughly 30 minutes.

PARKING
One free covered parking space on the property: the LEFT side of the carport. Please back in and park close to the left wall, with the front of your car facing the street. It has a standard 120V outlet where you can charge an electric car with your car's own portable cable (Level 1, slow charging). The right side is reserved for the owner. A second space inside the enclosed garage is available for $15 per night; if you reserve it, I will send you a code to open the garage door.

LAUNDRY
Full-size washer and dryer for your exclusive use, one level down at garage level, reached by a narrow spiral staircase from the apartment (please use the handrail and watch small children). I also keep a storage area there and access it only through the garage, never through your apartment, so I may occasionally stop by.

WE LIVE UPSTAIRS
My family and I live in the apartment directly above with our 2-year-old daughter and our husky, so you may occasionally hear footsteps. The upside is that I am right there 24/7 if you need anything. The apartment itself is entirely yours.

FAMILIES AND PETS
High chair, children's dinnerware, board games, and kids' toys are available; just ask. Up to 3 pets are welcome (for more, please message me first). Please let me know in advance; an additional pet fee applies.
