Hotel staff was very helpful. They gave us several options on how to get into NYC. Breakfast was slow and very crowed. Hotel is a little outdated. For the price and location it was good. Would stay again.

Room is dated, metal bed frames like a filing cabinet. Front desk staff was frustrating on check in, family of 7 two rooms requested on reservation for adjoining room told that they can't guarantee any rooms, made the best of it had to divide the family in the hotel. Would not stay here again.

Location was great, but that’s about where it stopped. Rusted doors, loud guests, main room door gaps so large you can see the entire outline of the hallway light, noise getting in… main lobby staff was not welcoming, the only staff that was amazing was the breakfast staff. Amazing people in the breakfast staff.
