The check-in staff member ensured that I was comfortable in my room, even giving me a different room when I requested it without hesitation. The room was clean and had a great view of Manhattan. We stayed three nights. Our room was cleaned everyday and the hotel was clean itself. Valet was very easy and our vehicles were well taken care of. Our room slept 5 people without issue. The breakfast was good!
