Upon entering room was very dirty hair al over bathroom floor. No toilet paper in bathroom. Shower don’t work. No hot water on 2nd night. Half of room outlets didn’t work. Left something in room behind sent email about getting back what I left no answer from anyone. When had issues there called help desk no answer. Very dirty rooms. Give you ice bucket but no ice machines anywhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

I tried to call several times before arriving to ask questions, got call center. He said hotel would not pick up phone and he couldn’t answer my questions. Only one room key available, said he could give me another one the next day. Well I was only staying 1 night so that’s pointless. Ordered food from link which I had to ask about. They did not deliver to room. When I went down to ask if it’s done. Bartender told me he would check in 5 mins. I ended up speaking to a lady after the 5 mins who gave me the food in a bag so went to my room on 12th floor. Did not get Ranch dressing as requested but got honey mustard in which nobody likes. The dressing for salads was warm. The chicken fingers and fries were fine. In room, toilet wouldn’t flush, had to take lid off and flush from inside to get it to work eventually. No hand soap in bathroom to wash hands. Staff not very friendly and they really need to answer the phone. It’s sad that I called several times throughout the day to hopefully get answers to my questions, but never did because they wouldn’t answer the phone at any time of the day.

Convenient spot for a one-night stay if you’re going to a game at MetLife. The staff was pleasant and transportation to the stadium was fine. Rooms could use some updating, and we were disappointed that the shuttle to the Mall wasn’t running at 6pm as advertised. Parking also ended up costing double what was listed on the website. Overall, an okay stay but definitely room for improvement.

Clean room . Comfortable bed Tub didn’t drain as I was taking a shower. Staff came in 3 hours before check out to try and clean the room and not sure if they are doing construction on site but heard loud drilling.

The property is located in close proximity for my reasons of travel. The staff was pleasant, kind, and well attentive. Even with a convention going on, it was quiet and peaceful. The TVs can be upgraded for better tv experience but other than that, everything was great. Will still give it a 10/10 for relaxing and watching TV was not the main focus!

Stain on the carpt. Room temp difficult to control. Bathroom faucet handle not installed well. Bathtub drains very slowly. Shower soap dispenser broken, the other one empty. Very poor exterior lighting around hotel. Didn't see any directional signage to main entrance. GPS address took me to back delivery entrance.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was quiet and away from the bustle of the city. The gentleman who checked me in at the front desk was exceptionally kind and accommodating. I stayed on business and I have traveled from time to time for over 30 years. This is one of the best bargains for the money and everything about the stay was excellent.

Fronts desk was so nice and accommodating! He was bilingual too! The elevator were not a problem and easy to get to my floor. The room I had was a king sofa bedroom and it had high ceilings with a blue and white new york wallpaper on the wall and the view was beautiful, looking directly at the American Dream Mall. Great stay and will come back again in the future!

The woman’s restroom in the main lobby is in need of repairs - toilets do not flush and sink dispensers are broken. Additionally, we had very low water pressure in our shower, king corner suite - city view, 19th floor. Staff were very nice - made stay more enjoyable.

Room took 2.5 days to be cleaned, didn’t have soap, then ran out of shampoo. Waited an hour for the shuttle than we were told it was already full and I should have booked earlier. Loud toilet when flushing so no flushing during the night so I didn’t wake up my kids. Requested to speak to manager on two occasions they were never there but when asked if they would call when I got in, they never attempted to reach out.
