Upon entering room was very dirty hair al over bathroom floor. No toilet paper in bathroom. Shower don’t work. No hot water on 2nd night. Half of room outlets didn’t work. Left something in room behind sent email about getting back what I left no answer from anyone. When had issues there called help desk no answer. Very dirty rooms. Give you ice bucket but no ice machines anywhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

This hotel is permanently closing in December and it shows. At 1am the fire alarm lights started going off. We called the main desk and nobody picked up, so we took the stairs down 10 flights, not knowing if there was a fire. Fire department was there and staff was nonchalant behind the counter. They said everything was fine and it was a routine check. Overall neglect: broken lightbulb in our room, sink faucet handles broken, and carpet peeling. Everything was clean though, despite being broken. Parking is not free and that was unexpected. The guy running the gift shop was nice.

There was an emergency evacuation our first night there at 3:30am. We had to walk down 11 flights of stairs with my poor mother has a bad knee. There was no stuff to tell what was going on or even apologize for the inconvenience. We ended up ask the police officer that was on the scene what was going on and it ended being a person smoking in their room. I found the staff handle this situation every unprofessional. All we wanted was information on what was going on and they did not do that. They did not seem to care at all about the people staying there. The hotel also needs some updates and you can tell it’s hasn’t been updated in a while! Lastly there was no coffee in the room or at the Starbucks downstairs which sucks because this was one of the reason I booked this hotel. Overall the location was great but everything else was truly disappointing.

It’s a great price and has a runner to the Met Life stadium. Staff was fantastic! Cool multicultural area.

We arrived and they have us a different room then we ordered. When I tell you the lady at the desk didn't care, she didn't care at all. I showed her my reservation on my phone and she said that that isn't what showed up on her system so there's nothing I could do.
