My toilet stopped working, had issues with the lights, didn’t have a way to warm up any food, didn’t have access to any water or ice, I had a lot of issues with my room that didn’t seem to really get resolved and I had a hard time contacting the property. Can’t say I will be back. I’m a big fan of Marriott too so I’m disappointed.

The room light above the bed would not go off which I found out at 10.30p, so rather than have someone come to my room late at night I had to stuff pillows and towels above the bed to block out the light. Then the alarm went off at 6a from the previous guest which was 2 hours earlier than I wanted to wake up. When I brought water the night before the receptionist asked me for my room number, but not name. Anyone could charge anything to any room with that system. Tariq at reception was very personable.

Hotel has beautiful views and thats about it. The area has nothing near it except a Dunkin donuts. Construction everywhere parking was a nightmare and the check process on almost near empty hotel was 2 hours.

Great stay! We were able to check in and drop our bags in the room before heading to the city for the day. Room was clean. Hotel was nice. The ferry is right across the street from hotel. The parking garage is public, so additional cost of $22/ overnight, but it was conveniently adjacent to hotel. Also, there is an indoor pool, but it's not listed on website. Overall, great stay and would recommend!

Staff was great. I had watermarks on my shower ceiling as if there was a flood above at some point. No one mentioned there was a pool, but I also didn't see it on Expedia when I reserved it. So that could of been a me thing. The fridge isn't really that cold, so definatly go get ice. The ice machine, the fitness area, and the pool are all on the 7th floor.

The hotel itself is beautiful. You have to pay for parking because they do not own the parking garage. Check in was quick only 2 things that could be improved during check in I was charged a total amount of 571 when it should have been a $300 deposit. They said it would come back to my card the next day when it didn’t. I guess it depends on my bank. I was also bit by bugs while staying there. Other than that customer service was nice and the rooms and bathrooms was beautiful

Very friendly front desk staff, very quick and easy check in. I will say that the ice machine on the 7th floor is very inconvenient and doesn’t work. Had to go back to the check in desk to get some ice for the room.
