-Pets are welcome. However, there is a one time fee of $150 per stay for cleaning. This will be charged thru the resolution center prior to your arrival. Failure to comply will result in access not permitted to the property.

In the event of snow fall, all locations are equipped with a snow shovel and white bucket with salt for the ground. It is the responsibility of each guest to utilize these and mitigate the snow on paths and driveways during their stay. Host has been very unreasonable and unresponsive. The host stole my money after I brought to his attention that I walked into an infestation. The property was not clean and the host refused to give me a refund to a place I did not stay at at all. There were bugs everywhere. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! It may look decent in the photos, but once you get there it’s filthy and infested with bugs
