시설은 4성급, 서비스는 2성급 - 정선에 꼭 가야하면 추천, 아니라면 리솜 추천

호텔스닷컴 오랜 유저로 왠만해서는 귀찮아서 리뷰 안남기는데 이호텔은 꼭 남기고 싶음. 4성급 호텔이라는데 고객응대는 2성급. 호텔스닷컴에서 예약후 호텔에 요청/변경사항으로 백방으로 몇일을 호텔에 직접 연락해도 절대 연락안됨. 호텔스닷컴 직원들도 호텔에 메일 전화 둘다 연락해봐도 확인안한다고 함. 도착해서 얘기하니 코로나 거리두기 변경때문에 모든 부서가 통화중으로 바빠서라는데 막상 호텔 도착해서보면 프런트, 식당, 웰니스클럽등 절대 전화 울리지 않고 있고 직원들은 자기들끼리 잡담중이고 도착하기전 고객들만 조급한마음으로 여러곳에 예약하려고 전화하는 시나리오. 예약후 호텔에 변경, 예약할 사항이 전혀 없다면 별로 문제되지 않지만 사실 이 숙소에 머무는 이유는 웰니스 프로그램 사용 이유도 큰데 프로그램센터에 연결 자체가 안되고 다시 연락 받을 번호조차 남기지 못하게 되으니 도착해서 예약하려고 하면 관심있는 프로그램은 모두 마감. 시설은 깔끔하고 웰니스에 포커스를 둔것은 마음에 들지만 고객 응대를 우습게 아는것 같고 심지어 공식 사이트에도 고객의 소리 남기는곳 없고 예약도 몇주째 시스템 다운으로 메일로 연락하라는 소통 불가능곳. 현장에서 불편함을 전달해도 시골에 있는 깔끔한 호텔이고 그동네 다른곳 갈곳이 많지 않으니 딱히 반영해서 고객을 재유치할 의지가 보이지 않기에 다시 갈 생각은 없음. 호텔스닷컴은 고객센터를 해외에 있는 직원들도 쓰는중이면 적어도 영문 알파벳은 잘 아는 직원으로 고용하길. 숙박자 변경으로 영문 이름을 4번 불러줘도 G 와 J 를 구별 못하고 한국어도 서툰 중국인과 여러번 통화하고 나니 화가 치밀어옴. 결국 이 분이 기존 투숙객 이름 그대로 두라고 했는데도 굳이 이름없이 N/A 로 변경해 놓아서 현장에서 예약번호를 줬음에도 불구하고 찾는데 시간이 걸렸음.
