This home is a private family home. We are looking for a nice family or couple to enjoy it as much as we do and treat it as their own. The home has been recently completely renovated. The home offers use of a community private boat launch marina, and storage for your trailer at an additional fee, but this will be your responsibility. Communal Pickleball, Tennis Courts, Billiards/Game Room, Fitness Center, and a Heated Pool. The home is directly next to our neighborhood park with plenty of green areas to run around. It's directly steps away from the marina & clubhouse where the pool is located. Great hit for a family fun time. Rental of a Golf Cart to drive around the beautiful gated community, or drive to all our local restaurants or shops, is available, but this will be your responsibility. This community has a unique STUNNING PRIVATE BEACH. Go fishing off the back house's private undercover patio; it's a true fisherman's dream. We have fishing rods, beach chairs, towels, top-notch patio furniture, and a BBQ Grill. Nothing was overlooked when decorating this Boho Beach Dream Home. Everything is NEW! From sheets, pillows, furniture, bar, Nespresso coffee station, wine refrigerator, towels, and bathrooms. A new washer & dryer is also available in the home. Perfect for a relaxing good night's sleep after a fun day in the Florida sunshine. NOTE: No pets allowed. Absolutely no parties and 4-person maximum, or 2 adults & 4 kids. Larissa was a great host. She was responsive as needed, but not intrusive. The property was in a great location and exactly what I was looking for in a rental. It was neat and clean with wonderful sunsets. Would stay there again.

Larissa is an excellent host! She responds to any inquiries in a timely manner, and checks in to make sure everything is ok, and whether you have any questions. She was nice enough to give us a list of her favorite restaurants in the area. The rental is beautifully decorated and still very comfortable. There is nothing that you need that Larissa hasn't thought of. We loved our time there!

First class experience

The home, views, location and property owners, all first class. All the amenities are brand new! The beds are comfortable and plenty of living area.There were many activities to outside and inside the club house. Neighbors are friendly and the area is clean. The proerty owners were responsive to our questions during our stay. We will return next year!
