The apartment was adequate and reasonably well maintained. Cleaning could have been better, and there were obvious minor repairs that were needed the did leave a great first impression. With that said the grounds and pool area were well maintained and the apartment was adequate and in a good location. I would consider going back for pratical reasons noted and cost was very reasonable.

Bring your own coffee/tea, condiments as none are provided. If you must use the sleeper sofa, you may want to consider another option as the "mattress" is super thin and the spring just come right thru. Also, make sure you get exact directions on how to enter with the code long before check-in time

Apartment had all the essentials we needed. It was well equipped and has nice amenities. There were a few quirks; ceiling fan and lights had remotes that turned on both the bedroom and living room lights and fans. Furniture was nice. Sofa was uncomfortable as most sofa beds are. It was clean. Only complaint is the pool is not heated. The reason I picked it was for the pool. But the water was way too cold to go into. I probably wouldn’t stay there again for this reason.
