Villa Valente is located on the island of Hvar, in the town of Jelsa. This villa is ideal for a perfect holiday with family and friends and together with two neighbouring villas (Villa Adoral CLD474 and Villa Bea CLD475) forms a complex called Dvor Pitve. The island of Hvar has always been the first choice for local and foreign guests looking for a luxurious and peaceful holiday.



Villa Bea, built in rustic style, offers 50 m2 of living space, the total area of the house is 60 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, ideally 2. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), which leads directly onto the balcony, where there is a table and chairs. If required, the sofa can be used as an additional bed for two people. Villa Valente has 1 bathroom with shower cubicle.



On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa, coffee table and TV, a kitchen and a dining room with a dining table for 4 people. There are 2 sun loungers on the terrace where you can sunbathe and read your favourite books.



There are 3 parking spaces outside the courtyard of Villa Valente.



The island of Hvar is not only one of the most popular tourist centres in Dalmatia, but is also known for a variety of cultural and historical monuments that are on the UNESCO list of protected heritage. Particularly impressive is the Hvar Theatre, one of the first European theatres, built in 1612.
