Incredible experience! Arriving at the hotel makes you feel calm. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to communicate well, but all the staff speak English, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some of them even knew a bit of Spanish! The food was delicious, both at the restaurant and at the café. The room had a spectacular view, and you truly feel at peace. Everyone is very kind, and everything is very clean.

The hotel is beautiful and offers a lovely view from the room. The bedding was comfortable—I especially liked the sheets! The Shilla was a very pleansant stay. Although we did not get to use all the facilities like the pool the rooms were super clean and cleaning staff are on the ball. Perhaps the building of a indoor bar near pool with views would add to the experience

It was terrible experience, and I want full refund for my staying. Room temp was always over 82 F, no AC is available, so we openes window all night long every day. I even couldn't turn om Ondol. Then why did I pay for expensive room? Staffs are bad. They gave me wrong instruction firstly, second one asked me to understand for being without AC, and the last one asked me if I uses Ondol. I paied for Ondol room. I was so dissapointing.
