We had a great stay at Ocean Suites Hotel Jeju. The location is excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. While the property is starting to show its age and could benefit from some updates, everything was well maintained and we had a very pleasant experience overall. We'd happily stay here again.

Loved the special attention towards conservation. Was plenty of space with a lovely view of the ocean. Within a reasonable distance of the airport and many attractions. If I ever come back I will stay here again.

Nice helpful friendly staff, good size heated pool, awesome ocean view, very very comfortable beds, clean rooms, and great restaurants nearby. Guests can use the laundry machines for free. Wickedly fast wifi and nice walking trail called secret garden. My only issue was the laundry dryer was very weak and restaurant price was very inflated.

We only stayed one night prior to leaving for the airport so did not use the amenities. The hotel is very dated and rooms are not well maintained. The beds are comfortable and rooms clean. My kids were bummed there wasn’t a pool. Overall just okay.
