식당 직원의 철저한 서비스 교육

아침 식사 중 단체 관광객들의 잔반 처리, 식기 반납 건으로 식당 조리원이 매우 큰소리로 외국 관광객을 나무라는 모습이 매우 불쾌하고 불안을 조성하더군요. 중국인이든 단체 관광이든 모두 호텔을 이용하는 고객이고 고객 덕분에 호텔이 필요하고 직원이 존재하는 것입니다. 철저한 직원 교육과 잔반처리 시스템을 개선할 필요가 있습니다.
