Most definitely not a 4 star hotel - I would rate it as 2.5. The price was really great. The hotel photos also looked amazing. When we arrived, the outside of the hotel looked nice, and the lobby was kind of fancy, so our hopes were up. Well, once we checked into our room... everything was dated. Worn out. Old. Serious catfished. Also, they didn't even have some of the amenities listed - I don't know if this is Expedia's or their own mistake but note that they have no gym, laundry and I certainly didn't see an indoor golf driving range. Also, their casino only has baccarat...

Pros: lots of restaurants to choose from outside in the vicinity. There’s an Emart, supermarket just across the street, prepare to lose your money there. If you drive, lots of parking and they are not compact sizes. Cons: Room is way too outdated. The door and lock do not feel secure and sturdy if you care about safety. Way to the room was a bit hard to navigate, but it might just be me. The air condition was not cool enough, so if you are afraid of being hot, this might not be the place for you.

The view was nice and the staff were very professional, polite, and friendly. The hallway and room had tons of scuff marks on the walls and furniture. The bathroom floor tile had visibly dirty spots and the shower tile and caulking was dirty and had mold spots. There was no sound insulation to the other rooms or the hallway.

The mirror in the bathroom had an electrical short (which was previously poorly patched with tape), touching anything in the area gave an electric shock. I informed the front desk, but the worker was indifferent. Not a safe property.

Stayed for 2 days and very close to the waterfront with stunning ocean views, and still close to Jeju city attractions and restaurants. My room was spacious, clean. The staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. They had gym, buffet restaurant, cafe, casino, large bath which I never used!

Hotel was a little older but still really good. Nice and clean, you could just see some wear building up. Great location to the 2 full day tours I booked while in Jeju, it was an easy 5 minute walk. Close to 2 convenience stores and some good dining options. Walkable to the main shopping streets and about 10 minute walk to the bus stop to the airport.
