Here’s a polished version of your review: The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated as we were very tired after taking an early flight from Seoul to Jeju Island. I stayed one night, before early flight from Jeju airport. Lovely spacious and clean room. With view of the fountains outside. The staff were very helpful with calling a cab for the airport and making sure I could pay for it with my UK bank card. Perfect stop for access to the airport.

Do NOT be fooled by the ratings. I paid more to stay at a clean hotel. Places priced at 20% or less would have been cleaner. Outdated hotel needing total renovation especially in the rooms. Upgrade to ocean view was needed but appreciated and expressed at check in. Overwhelmed with the condition of the room, can not express in words. Please consider other hotels at lower price which will be more accommodating. FYI…could not take a proper shower as mold and mildew from the shower curtain to shower fixtures prevented
