Unpleasant check-in.

We were shocked when no one was in hotel to assist check-in. We had language problem when we made international call to try to inquire. In the end, we left our luggages and came back in evening. The experience was not pleasant and we were amazed how casual the people are. The whole hotel was empty most of time. Even when we check out, no one was in and we left the keys and go.
