Nice hotel, near a bus stop and within walking distance of the pedestrian only shopping area. However, it's hard to find, because it's only door is in a parking garage. My advice is to take a taxi from the airport. Also, make sure you have the hotel's phone number, so the taxi driver can call them for directions.

Staff are really nice and helpful, but itel isnt very flexible in providing free early check in to customers.

The room was quite dusty, and the house keeping was very poor, never vacuum the dusty spot even though we purposely left that corner empty and visible. At night, we could hear the wind gusting through the window, couldn't really have a good sleep. Hotel staff are quite friendly though.

Not a good choice for family or friends trip

I booked a room for 4 person with 2 king beds. it is a non- smoking room but smell like it was a smoking room with odd diffuser. The hotel provided reuseable slippers, but it is sticky and feels disgusting. Dirty room... finger prints and writing on mirror, many scratches and marks on walls. A mirror ceiling above bed, we dont feel comfortable as we can look at each other even laying on bed/ sleeping. Total no privacy in this room. The room has a open bathroom with semi-transparency glass, no privacy zone. It seems designed for couple or one person use only, it is not suitable for friends trip or family trip. The hotel entrance is located in back street/ alley, totally not suggest this hotel to girl travellers. i will suggest to do more reseach on the location before booking. Very limited parking bay only. The only good thing is very close to airport.

Very nice location

An interesting room with a unique design. huge bathtub and the whole ceiling was made of mirrors, not much view just looking at the building next door. the room was small but comfortable. the chairs were so so but the bed was nice.

The hotel was perfect! The room was huge and unknowingly we got a free upgrade. The bathroom was a little inconvenient as it did not have a door to separate the shower from toilet. The jacuzzi was huge & it was a great stay!
