Amazing views of the city, the room was modern with top of the line amenities. There was an ample amount of activities to choose from: restaurant choices, spa/relaxing options, shopping, and remarkable rooftop pool. Every single one of the staff members I encountered, from the hotel receptionist, Heidi, to the entire restaurant staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. I can’t wait to visit again, and I will definitely be staying at the Grand Hyatt!

Cozy, spacious rooms and very convenient for travelers — the airport is only about a 10-minute drive. The area has many restaurants within walking distance, plus a casino and a kids’ arcade , so there’s plenty to do after dinner. Great choice for families and anyone catching an early flight.

I stayed one night at The Grand Hyatt with my daughter what an amazing stay. We were both blown away by the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and Philip who checked us in was so nice we were able to check in in early and were able to upgrade for a small price to an ocean view room where we saw the sun set and the planes take off! I would definitely recommend the hotel for everything from hotel services to food thank you for such a memorable stay.

Huge, modern hotel in Jeju City. Room was fantastic as we went for one of the suites, and staff was extremely pleasant, even upgrading us when a few issues were found at checkin. Didn’t use half the hotels features, like casino, but overall a great place. Did use one of the clubs for late night cocktails. One unheralded benefit is free underground parking. We rented a car to see the island and it’s so nice to be able to come and go as you please without involving valets or hefty parking charges each day. Would stay there again for sure
