In the heart of Gascony, 4 km from the spa town of Castera-Verduzan, 7 km from the lively town of Vic-Fezensac, and not far from the Camino de Santiago, come discover our beautiful region.
While the location is peaceful, a 1.5-hour drive is all it takes to enjoy a wonderful day at the ocean or in the mountains.

Our 8,000 m² property includes a 270 m² two-story stone house comprising:
- on the first floor, a living-dining room (TV, Wii—please note: no internet), 1 restroom, a laundry room with a shower area, and a separate kitchen opening onto a large veranda that leads to the garden.
- On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 restroom, and 1 bathroom (bathtub and walk-in shower).
- On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double.

Outside, you can enjoy the pool area:
- pool house
- 12x5 saltwater pool with an alarm and a wooden deck equipped with lounge chairs
- pergola with garden furniture
- a play area for children
