Staff was okay at check in, although they had 2 complaints from other guests in the 5 minutes it took us to check in. I kinda feel bad for them considering the conditions within the place. The whole hotel is so unkept when it comes to maintenance and actually super dirty. The pool area looks nice, but the pool itself is gross, the water is almost green. The bathrooms inside our room had tape holding pipes together, toilet barely flushes (had to flush just liquid 4 times), bathroom fixtures have mold and rust, the shower chair in the bathroom was covered in rust. The mattress cover on the bed had mold and dead bugs. The carpets are absolutely disgusting, dead bugs everywhere and super sticky. Our room had cobwebs in the corners with bugs stuck in them, beatles of some sort crawling all over the place, the curtains were nasty. All the furniture was so worn down, our office chair at the desk was peeling the fake leather off so bad that when you sat in it leather pieces came off onto your clothes. The dresser had various crumbs and dirt and the previous guest still had socks in there. The tv has multiple channels, but every single channel has a lag and lines through the screen so you can’t even watch. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going outside after dark, we had someone waiting by the door asking us to smoke weed with him and showing us his ankle monitor letting us know it was safe because he was on parole. I would not stay here again, even if they paid me to.

Bed bugs

We were there for about 30 mins. Booked this hotel 5 months in advance and paid $250 for a room we couldn't stay in, they had no other rooms so we had to check out at 12:30am and spend an hour driving to the only other hotel with a vacancy in the area. The front desk guy was new and clearly didn't know how to handle this, and it was super late, which isn't his fault. But that much money for a room I can't stay in is ridiculous, yall clearly have the money to fumigate on a maintenance basis.

I booked a room in march for the louder than life concert, called Wednesday to confirm my room and to let them know i would be there between 12 and 1am which they said was fine as long as i was there by 2am. Got there at 110am and was told they overbooked and had no rooms until the 21st. Absolutely ridiculous especially since i booked the room 6 MONTHS ago. Do not recommend and the guy at the desk could care less and said they had to turn 20 other people away. Thats a poorly ran buisness and absolutely do not recommend!

Beautiful, huge campus. The room is clean. The beds are comfy. The view of the lake is fun! I wish I had more time to spend here to visit the pool, it looked beautiful as I walked by.

Disregarded my reservation and gave my room away. The explanation was given that it wasnt their fault and that "central" gave away the rooms on a first come first serve basis. I was also told that this is common withany hotels though I've never had this happen with any.other property. This was during a festival so there were no other hotel options in the area as every hotel was sold out. Management said they could help me and gave me a facebook page of people in the area that might let me stay at their place. This was done as though it was a normal viable option. Inwas then told Inwouldnt be charged but to check with Expedia to be safe. Expedia confirmednthat Inwas given a refund and, more importantly, confirmed that the story I was given about "central" giving my reservation to someone else was an absolute lie. Expedia was extremely apologetic, told me that this should have never happened and said they would be opening an investigation on this property. I will never book a Radisson property again.

My chief complaint is the filthy rooms with stains on the sheets. The whole hotel is deceptive because the grounds are lovely as well as the common areas but the rooms are deplorable. Broken, stained, chipped, dirty or missing parts all over. I reserved 4 days but left within 24 hours. They’re understaffed so you’re on hold or in line forever, the room keys are constantly getting deactivated and I have yet to get a response from management about a refund despite calling every day. The employees are 10/10 though. You will not encounter anyone rude or dismissive. But getting ahold of management has been impossible and the restaurant wasn’t open when it said it would be and no one else seemed to know why.

The property is aged and has had several additions spread out which has increased it's capacity. While it's a nice facility, expansion has created a little bit of effort in finding your room, if it's located away in the tower (as ours was, room 906). Either better signage or a map showing how to navigate to the appropriate area elevators, would be helpful. I'm almost 70 years old and when verbally told the pathway involving many turns, it's easy to forget and get lost, as I did.

It looked ok in the lobby. When went to check in at 1230am was told my reservation was cancelled because they over booked the hotel. They had sent me a message at 430 saying they were looking forward to me checking in and i replied with what time we would be checking in. Did not recieve anymore communication from then until we went to check in. Had i known sooner we could of made other arrangements instead of having to look for a place to stay at 1am will never stay at a Radisson

Don’t do it!!

The room was dirty. The shower smells like it was just painted. The carpet was dirty. People were walking back and forth outside on our patio and smoking stuff and fighting all night. The hairdryer wasn’t attached to the wall so that fell and the toilet paper holder was broken. Also a long black hair on the lampshade, gross.
