Rooms were very spacious and clean! The front desk staff was very welcoming! The restaurant in the hotel has amazing food and there is a happy hour menu daily at the bar! I would stay here over and over again if I needed to come back to the area

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson. Our room was very clean and spacious. Staff was amazing and so very kind courteous and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is absolutely fabulous. The food is wonderful and there is a bar in the hotel which has a DJ on the weekends. It is definitely a wonderful place to stay. I can’t name one thing that I dislike about the hotel because everything was top notch and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was spotless at all times.

I was in town for a week so I booked 7 days due to me traveling to the area. I put the do not disturb sign on my door due to traveling with an infant and also wanting to relax a little for the holidays. Housekeeping comes and knocks on the door loud asking if we are checking out on our 2nd day! Of course not we booked 7 days does front desk not communicate this? Asked for towels and washcloths and only received 1! Hair and a dead bug on the sink!! Air conditioner leaking water! House keeping came again on the 6th day at 9am asking if checking out again I had 1 more day left so I told them no I booked for a week and also put the dnd sign which was ignored! Last day there check in at 11am but received a knock at 9am once again! You will not get peace and quiet at this hotel! Oh and your room keys will stop working and you’ll have to travel to the front desk to get them to work again! Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for relaxation.

it was not at all upto the mark for Radisson hotel name. cockraoch found in fridge and in room, No microwave, No breakfast, large towels only 2 provided for twin bed room. Asked for it but no response. bathroom curtains seems very old. completely dispointement. No jacuzi stuff for winter for warm water.

Inside room it was very hot and humid. Windows, ceiling and carpet flooring were wet. Wated drops from ceilig. Plenty of hidden mold as my asthma and allergies were flaring up. Never again. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. In Europe they would close place like that.
